Australian Native Flora

Since I embarked on my journey of conservation and environment, flora identification is slowly becoming a second nature. In among the massive botanical and scientific data the "beauty" or "artistic" aspect is sometime lost. For Australian native flora this is particularly true because most of the Australian native flowers are small in size and not particularly "showy". But if we look closely, sometime with the help of a magnification device, we will begin to discover this amazingly beautiful floral world. Besides being beautiful and unusual the species are often extremely diverse and unique.

I will try to share with you my adventure and discoveries along this incredible and fascinating journey.
